I feel so drained and tired. I only feel better and energized when I sleep.
Life can be draining and tiring. For some people this is more true than for others.

What does temperament have to do with my energy level?
Some of the temperaments spend a lot of their time thinking. Others may feel drained by simply doing daily activities. And others may be drained by being around people all day long. These alone or combined, depending on your temperament, can cause you to feel a greater loss of energy than other temperaments.
So what can I do to get my energy back?
The first thing you can do is find out what your temperament is. By identifying your temperament and your temperament needs, you will know what drains you and what you can do to avoid becoming completely drained by the end of the day.
