When we look at the 5 temperaments, the Melancholy temperament is more genius prone than any other temperament. This temperament is such a constant thinker that they are the best at envisioning new projects. They can see all the “snags” and “pitfalls” of a project and suggest “fixes” that will streamline the entire project. The Melancholy thinks to such a degree that they have a mind that “will not shut off” so that they constantly relive the past in graphic 3 D detail over and over again.  This temperament will discover new ideas and inventions that will stagger the mind, but they won’t reveal these discoveries to anyone for fear that it will make them look foolish.The Melancholy is capable of much in life if they simply know what their temperament is and how to meet their temperament needs.
