How Do I See Myself the Way God See’s Me?

It could be very difficult for you to imagine a life that you see yourself the way God does.

You may also feel that it is impossible for you to ever feel love for yourself, and that no one else could possibly love or value you. You probably look in the mirror everyday and wonder why you are here or what your purpose is.

If someone is being kind, you automatically think, “they must want something because no one could possibly want to be around me”. At the same time you are grasping at any opportunity to not feel alone and unwanted.

The devil wants you to believe that you are not valuable because then he can gain power over you. He will continue to feed you those lies until you feel weak and broken. The devil does not want you to take power and authority over him because he knows you would CRUSH him.

How do I see myself the way God see’s me?

Reading the bible aloud everyday and learning who you are in Christ will build up your self-confidence; also, it will bring you close to God. Learning who you are in Him will help you see through the trash the devil is telling you. He will show you how to love yourself the way he loves you if you ask him to.

We are ALL valuable and cherished.

He will NEVER feed you lies, he will ALWAYS build you up.

He will NEVER call you worthless, he ALREADY died and paid the ultimate price for you.

He will NEVER turn away from you, his arms are ALWAYS open for you to fall into.

He will NEVER wound you, he will ALWAYS heal you.

Others will lie to you, call you worthless, turn away from you, and wound you. God is our healer and he will take that pain for you if you reach for his arms and receive him. He will teach you to forgive those that have made you feel worthless and bring people into your lives that see your true value. He wants you to surround yourself with people that love you and will build you up.
