The title says it all! There will always be times when it feels as if life in general, “puts the squeeze” on you. This pressure causes stress that can seem unbearable, however, there are simple things that one can do to block stress from ever happening to begin with.
For example, if you nick your finger with a knife while slicing an apple, there are specific things that you must do. First of all you wash the nick with soap and water, then you apply an antibiotic cream followed by a band-aid.
There are steps to take when life tries to cause you to “stress out” as well. Each of the 5 Temperaments has specific “temperaments needs” that we can deal with just as we did with the nick on your finger. Learning what your temperaments is and taking the steps to meet your temperament needs will lessen the stress in your daily life.
