The Melancholy in Inclusion
Are you the type of person who walks into a room full of people and instantly gets stressed out? If this is true for you then you may be a Melancholy in Inclusion.
You may have always thought of yourself as a loner, antisocial, or maybe even thought something was wrong with you. That simply is not true. God created some of us to be social butterflies and some of us to be more task oriented. One is not better or more important than the other. Genesis 1:27 says, “So God created people in his own image; God patterened them after himself; male and female he created them.” That means that we were created to be like God, in his image- how amazing that makes all of us!
In Ephesians 2:10 it says, “For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so that we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.” God wove our temperament into us in our mothers womb so we could use our temperament to serve him. A Melancholy is who God created you to be before you were born. You were created to serve him and further his kingdom in the way he created you through your temperament.
Melancholy Strengths
The Melancholy in Inclusion has a brilliant mind. This is just one of the amazing gifts God has given them.
Melancholy Weaknesses
Something the Melancholy in Inclusion struggles with is a mind that will not shut off. When this happens, a Melancholy can go to a dark place and it can be hard for them to get out of that place.
There is hope and there are skills that you can learn to help you through the thinking process. Contact us and we can help.
