I am always asked how temperament fits into the work place…and the answers are endless. For the sake of time I will touch on a few of the important reasons. First of all, knowing what your temperament is allows you to meet your temperament needs outside the workplace. This keeps the trouble to a minimum because you are not placing yourself in situations where you can cause yourself harm.
