Dream success
If you remember your Bible story about Joseph, you will remember one thing about him…he was a dreamer. Joseph dared to dream in the face of a giant situation in his life. He was one of the youngest in his family and yet he had a dream that all of his brothers would be bowing down to him. To make a long story short, he was sold into slavery by his brothers and put into prison. One thing that Joseph knew was that God hadn’t left him…that the gift that he had was still working. Joseph learned how to use this gift in the worst circumstance in his life by simply refusing to look at what was happening around him. The end of the story ends happily ever after…he gets a beautiful wife and children, becomes second in command over one of the most prosperous countries on the planet at that time and was reunited with his father and family. It doesn’t matter what your temperament is or how you view it…you CAN succeed in life…you can end up on top of a bad situation. Remember what I said…that it is during the final seconds of a battle that success or defeat is realized.
Below is a quote from Sir Winston Churchill…I think it says it all
- Never give in–never, never, never, never, in nothing great or small, large or petty, never give in except to convictions of honour and good sense. Never yield to force; never yield to the apparently overwhelming might of the enemy., Speech, 1941, Harrow School
- Sir Winston Churchill British politician (1874 – 1965)
