An active body and soul is a healthy body and soul
Activity is something we all need to stay healthy according to doctors and studies. It seems to be more difficult for some to stay active or go to the club and work out. A Sanguine would never miss the chance to go to a place to work out as long as there would be other people there. A Supine would love to go but may not unless they were invited so that they would feel genuinely welcomed. A Melancholy who works around people very day would most likely never go to a gym to work out due to all the people that they would have to be around. We all make choices based on out temperament needs…learn what yours is…contact The Penewit Center
