Weight is something that we all need to pay attention to, but are we learning everything that we need to learn when we ask ourselves “why do I weigh this much”? I think that these are questions that must be answered. I had talked about using food as a drug, and what happens when we eat certain foods. I think that we were to keep a blog each time we eat comfort foods that appeal to us we would be pleasantly surprised about the results. Questions like “how am I feeling” and “what is on my mind” when I approach certain foods? Blogging and making a list about what the food is and what is going on in your mind when you feel the need to eat it will prove to be a value when you begin working on losing weight. You will find that each comfort food group will point to a specific thought pattern in your mind. Then learning how your personal temperament deals with this will start you on the road to a healthier you.
