Finding a Job that Fits your Temperament Needs
You may have a job that requires you to be around people all day long. Depending on your specific temperament, this may or may not be a good thing for you. You may have a temperament in which you would get very stressed by having this job. Or, you may have a temperament that, in this situation, you would thrive.
Why is having the right job for your specific Temperament Needs so important?
Depending on your temperament, the job you have may not be the job you SHOULD have. Having a job that meets the needs of your temperament is very important.
Certain jobs will be too stressful for specific temperaments and will affect their home lives. It also could affect their ability to sleep, their ability to socialize, and their ability to function normally day to day. Some temperaments need to be around people all day and if their job secludes them from people, that could also be very stressful.
My job IS stressful but leaving it to find another job seems MORE stressful.
If your job is making your daily life stressful, then finding a different job path may be something to consider. Before making any decisions about your job, you should always pray and ask God for his guidance. Changing jobs may be what he has led you to do but you must trust in his time line. If it is his will, he will guide you through and provide the right job for you at the right time. If you put all your trust and hope in him, he will carry the burden of the “unknown” and make a clear path for you to follow.
Remember that he WANTS us to ask him for help and to lean on him for ALL of our needs.
