How Could Anyone Love Me?

How could anyone love me?

I don’t even like myself, why would anyone else?

If God loves me so much why didn’t he make me prettier, smarter, or more lovable?

These are questions you have probably asked yourself before; and you may ask them often. You may feel unwanted and unworthy of anyone elses love.

There may have been situations or people throughout your life that have told you these lies. Healing from these pains and binding up these lies can help you with healing and building up your self-esteem.

Why do I feel this way? Is there something wrong with me?

The devil tries to use people in your life to make you feel unwanted. He will try to tell you that no one could possibly love you and that you are not worthy of Gods love. That is a LIE. The devil will continue to feed you these lies but you have authority over the devil and his lies. He has NO power over you.

How does having a personal relationship with Jesus help with my self-esteem?

You are SO loved that a man came to this earth and DIED for you. God does not make trash and he does not make mistakes.

In Ephesians 2:10 he says, ” For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus…”. God doesn’t see us as “kind of good”. He calls us his masterpiece. The definition of masterpiece is, “a persons greatest piece of work”. God see us as his greatest work. He created the entire universe and everything alive in it; and yet, we are the greatest work of all.
